Of course, I haven't played in a while due to things like this. I've only played your game for over 1000 hours. Many, many times I've have to lay the floor multiple times to get it right because of some silly optical illusion created by the contrast between the old pattern and what I was currently working on. Long delays are being reported on the A38 in Devon during the morning rush hour following a crash. I find It so much better/less-frustrating to be able to start from the fresh concrete floor. I assigned everything (Ticketing to Gate / Gate Desks to Gate / Gate Desks to Queues) Now my problem is: When selecting 'Assign to.' for the gate desk, I deselect 'Coach' to have Flight Crew and First Class only in that one queue. Seems simple but because the tiles are for aesthetics they create patterns when you lay them down, thus making it hard to see/imagine a new visual patterns you are trying to work on. Some background: I built an XL gate, added a whole 2nd floor with ticketing, security and 4 gate desks for only that gate. It mostly effects your visual when trying to re-paint one pattern on the floor and you are trying to lay another pattern over it. The reason I made the post originally is because it was annoying enough to come write about. Originally posted by LVGameDev:Well, is there ever a reason to actually remove the floor first, though? You can just paint the new floor over top of it if/when you're only wanting to change flooring & not remove objects.
